How do I pay?
If you are a new customer, your setup fee and quarterly fee can be paid with Cash, Cheque or even using the Payment Gateway if you are a local customer. For international clients subscription payment is processed through the Payment Gateway or through Wire Transfer.
How do I change my current plan?
Contact for support through hotline or by mailing us at accounts@occular.io mentioning the requirement. It will be then processed accordingly.
What happens if I exceed my monthly volume limit?
When your monthly volume exceeds from the quota allocated for your plan, your account will temporarily be upgraded to the next available plan for the month and will settle back to the original plan from the following month given you do not exceed the following month as well in which case the same process shall repeat.
What happens when payments are not made on time?
If you fail to pay the due subscription before the due date we provide 14 days grace period additionally to continue using our services without any restriction. End of the 14th day we will restrict access to transact and product specific services. You will be required to make the payment immediately to resume services.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling requires informing the service provider (Us) 3 months prior notice for us to process the request and look into any commercials & shortages. In case of withdrawing from the agreement without 3 months notice will lead to a penalty and for legal measures failure to fulfill the penalty requirement.
